Case Studies: Problem, Fix, Result
Each project in plain words: what was going wrong, what was built, and what changed for the business. Want the full list? See all projects.
Projects
Google Maps Lead Finder
Problem: Finding business leads on Google Maps meant hours of copying names and phone numbers by hand.
What was built: A tool built with Python and Playwright (a robot web browser) that searches Google Maps, collects business details and removes duplicates automatically. Related service: data scraping & automation.
Result: Lead research that used to be manual copy-paste now runs on its own, and the list arrives clean and ready to call.
AtoZ Gadgetz – E-Commerce Platform
Problem: An online gadget store needed to accept payments from buyers in different countries.
What was built: A store with PayPal, Payoneer and Stripe checkout, automatic product management and full delivered-cost (shipping and duties) calculation.
Result: Buyers can pay the way they prefer and see the full price before they order.
Tech & Cars Info – Media Platform
Problem: A publisher wanted to post tech and car news often, without slow manual steps.
What was built: A fast website with automated publishing and structured data (labels that help Google understand each article).
Result: New articles go live with less effort and are set up to appear in Google Search and Discover.
Crypto Airdrop AI – Web3 Intelligence
Problem: Crypto readers want quick, clear news about new airdrops (free token giveaways).
What was built: A blog that pulls in project details automatically and is written so AI search tools can find and quote it.
Result: New airdrops can be covered quickly, in a format both Google and AI assistants can read.
JobRecruitment.in – AI Recruitment Platform
Problem: Hiring is slow on both sides: companies sort resumes by hand and candidates hunt for openings.
What was built: A two-sided hiring website. Companies get applicant tracking with AI that reads resumes and ranks candidates. Job seekers get job search and instant alerts.
Result: Companies see the best-matched candidates first, and candidates hear about new jobs as soon as they are posted.
GitLite – Secure File Manager
Problem: Teams needed a simple, private place to store and share files.
What was built: A file manager on FastAPI and PostgreSQL that runs in containers (packaged software that is easy to move between servers).
Result: Each customer's files stay separate and secure, and the system can be moved to a new server without fuss.
Lead-to-CRM Automation
Problem: Copying leads between spreadsheets, email tools and the CRM (customer list) wastes time and causes mistakes.
What was built: An n8n and Python workflow that finds leads, sends a first email and updates the CRM.
Result: Still in progress. The goal is for leads to move from search to first email to CRM without anyone retyping them.
