TENSIX builds software that saves businesses time and money. It is based in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad and works with clients across India and abroad.
TENSIX is an agile engineering studio directed by Principal Systems Architect Hemal Shah, a software and AI engineer. There is no sales team and no account manager in between. The person you talk to is the person writing your code. Hemal uses AI tools to handle routine work, so projects move faster without cutting corners.

How is TENSIX different from a typical IT company?
Most IT companies put managers and junior developers between you and the work, and bill by the hour. TENSIX is an independent studio founded by Hemal Shah, in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. You speak directly with the person building your project. Work is priced per project or per month, agreed in writing before it starts, and Hemal uses AI tools to finish routine tasks faster.
Can you sign an NDA or work white-label for my agency?
Yes. TENSIX can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before you share any details. Agencies in India and abroad can also hire TENSIX white-label, which means the work is delivered under your brand. You own all the code from day one, and it is handed over in your own GitHub account.
Can I hire TENSIX on a monthly basis?
Yes. Dedicated studio retainers start at ₹79,999 ($999) a month. The Autonomous Systems Pod is ₹1,49,999 ($1,850) a month, and our Fractional CTO & Enterprise Architecture engagement is ₹2,49,999 ($3,200) a month. Hemal works on your project every month, shares progress in your repository, and you can message him directly.
What happens after the project is built? Will my company be locked in or dependent on you?
Zero vendor lock-in. Every build includes clean documentation, video walkthroughs, and deployment on your own AWS, Oracle or VPS cloud accounts. You own 100% of the intellectual property, passwords, and source code. Any qualified software engineer can pick up and run your system from Day 1.
